NETBALL
Netball is a winter sport played by our Gr.1-3 girls during our compulsory sport period of 45 minutes.
Gr.1-3 practice Mondays - Thursdays.
Gr.4-7 practice on Tuesdays and Thursdays after school from 14:30 - 15:30.
Please make sure your girls wear tackies for the hot tar court during practice.
Netball is a ball sport played by two teams of seven players. Games are played on a rectangular court with raised goal rings at each end. The object is to score goals from within a defined area, by throwing a ball into a ring attached to a post.
There will be a minimum of 14 players and maximum of 16 players.
The netball teams will play matches against other school during the year.
